Current processing times can take up to 7-10 business days (not including weekends or holidays). However, shipping confirmation emails may be sent immediately following order placement.
Unfortunately, CHE'LIT Candle Co. does not offer returns, please double check your order at checkout to ensure that you are selecting the correct product and/or scent.
However, I will provide you with a replacement of a product(s) that are damaged and/or defective.
If my item arrives damaged or defective, what do I do?
Please contact chelitcandleco@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your item if it is damaged or defective. Send a photo of the damaged product along with a picture of the shipping label and I will respond within 24-48 hours.
Replacements (if applicable)
After receiving your email with photo of your damaged or defective product and shipping label, I will determine whether you qualify for an exchange. If you qualify, I will send you a new product(s) and you can discard as you see fit.
